For Adults and Children (from 12 years old): Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening after meals. Begin from day 15 to day 28 of the menstrual cycle (for 14 days).
Tracking your Cycle:
Use the calendars provided on the box or facing page to mark the first day of your period and the first day you start taking Pre-ms.
The package is designed for 3 cycles, containing 6 blister packs of 14 capsules each.
Use two blister packs for each cycle. Take the capsules corresponding to the days of the week printed on the blister packs to avoid missing a dose. Ensure both blister packs are used during each cycle.
Optimal Results:
It typically takes 2 to 3 months to achieve optimal results.
Courses of Pre-ms may be repeated as necessary without limitations over time.
Additional Instructions:
If you forget to take a capsule, take two capsules the next time.
Note: The 15th day of the cycle is 14 days after the onset of menstruation.
Precautions:
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants or anti-platelets.
Undesirable Effects: While virtually non-toxic at typical doses, evening primrose oil may occasionally cause slight nausea, upset stomach, stomach ache, headache, or mild diarrhea.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
