REFUND, RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
At Pharmafy, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and withdrawal from purchases made through our website.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is found to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from its description, we will replace it or provide a refund at no additional cost.
Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence of:
- The product
- The original packaging
- The shipping label (if applicable)

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental breakage, improper storage, or handling by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal request form available on our website or contact us by email at orders@pharmafy.com.cy.
To qualify for a withdrawal and refund:
- The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
- The original proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning non-defective items.
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods and confirmation from the payment provider.
Products Excluded from Returns and Withdrawal
For health protection, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used:
- Cosmetics and skincare products
- Personal care products
- Food supplements and vitamins
- Baby food and infant nutrition products
- Refrigerated products
- Any sealed product that has been opened after delivery
- Products made to customer specifications or personalised items
- Gift cards and digital products
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Returned Goods Showing Signs of Use
Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Pharmafy reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund where returned products show signs of use, damage, missing components, or deterioration caused after delivery.
Orders Already Shipped
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, you may do so.
Once the courier returns the parcel to us, any eligible refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after verification of the returned shipment.
Any courier charges incurred due to refusal of delivery or return-to-sender requests may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
Delivery Delays
Pharmafy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Inspection of Returned Products
Pharmafy reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund, replacement, or exchange request.
Refunds or replacements may be refused if the returned products are found to be opened, used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, missing original packaging, or otherwise not compliant with the conditions outlined in this policy.

Non-Delivery Claims
Customers must notify Pharmafy of any missing or undelivered order within 14 calendar days from the expected delivery date.
Pharmafy reserves the right to investigate all non-delivery claims with the courier service before issuing any refund or replacement.
