For weight loss (overweight people with a Body Mass Index-BMI: 25 to 30- [25≤BMI <30]): Take 2 capsules with a glass of water, 2 times a day, before the 2 main meals of the day.

For weight control and to manage dietary excesses or to maintain weight or on special occasions when you partake in a high-fat meal (e.g. during holidays, at the weekend): Take 2 capsules with a glass of water shortly before meal.

The recommended duration of treatment is for 15 consecutive days (1 box). The maximum duration of recommended treatment is for 30 consecutive days (2 boxes). After a break of at least 5 days, you can repeat the treatment for another 30 consecutive days as a maximum period of use.
