How to use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with meals.
Side Effects: Intense yellowing of the urine may occur, which is a normal side effect due to the metabolism of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, can be harmful to young children.
