How to use

Remove the striped cap and pull the nozzle upward and slightly sideways until you hear the “click” sound.
Check that the safety valve is open by gently pressing the bottle.
Gently insert the nozzle into the vagina, preferably while sitting or standing upright.
Adjust the nozzle angle and squeeze the bottle to perform the rinse.
Wait at least 30 minutes before using any other vaginal product.
